Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days for non sale items bought online and 3 months for non sale items bought at the boutique. If 14 days have gone by since your online purchase or 3 months since your boutique purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Sale items can only be exchanged with other sale items within 7 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
No exchanges for:
- Gift cards
-Â Products related to pumping & breastfeeding
- Products from our Lebanese Market
- Products related to weaning & feeding
- Pacifiers
- Socks & footwear
- Car seats
- Books
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not offer refunds, only exchange.Â
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: General Francois El Hajj Ave, 1330, Park Avenue Bldg, Mina Al Hosn, Beirut 1107, Lebanon
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
